What Types of Roof Rack Carriers Are Designed for Snow and Water Skis

Is this carrier capable of carrying skis, either snow or water?

The Inno Locker Watersport Carrier # INA446 isn't ideal for carrying skis but I wouldn't say it's totally impossible. I would much rather recommend you a ski rack like the Rhino Rack part # RR574 which was designed for the thickness of water and snow skis so it would definitely work well. The boards the # INA446 was designed to carry are much thicker than what skis are commonly so it wouldn't be ideal.
