Do I Need to Change Any Parts on my Bike to Install the Quick Release Skewer with the Saris Fluid 2
Question:
Whats with the included quick release skewer? Do I need to change out a part on my bike before I can ride on the trainer? The wording here is confusing.

Yes. You will need to install the quick release skewer that is included with the Saris Fluid2 # SA9904T on the rear axle of your bike in order to allow it to connect to the Fluid2 trainer, but it's not really changing any parts out. This skewer slips into the bike axle, so it's not something that needs to be removed once installed and you'll be able to ride your bike normally when it's attached.
I've linked a few of the Saris support videos that shows the quick release skewer and how it connects to the tower assembly that you might find helpful, as well.
