Correct JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer for Wider 5th Wheel Trailer
Question:
I bought a 191023 and didnt realize it was for a narrow 5th wheel. Can it still be installed on an rv that the landing gear is wider than 53”?

The JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer # LC191023 that you mentioned buying is actually for wider 5th wheel trailers that have at least 58" or more between the front landing gear legs. If this is what you have then you're good to go.
If you by chance meant the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer # LC191024, which is the system designed for narrower trailers, you might still be okay. That is because the stabilizer will work for trailers that have less than 58" between the front landing gear legs (not 53").
If this is what you have but your trailer is wider, there isn't a good way to convert it or add components to make it compatible. Your best route in that case will be to replace it with the wider setup. I have attached a short video review as well.
