Will the Thule OutWay 2 Bike Carrier Fit 2009 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan

Will this rack fit on my TandC Chrysler 2009 Minivan? We have 2 bikes. Also, is it legal if the bikes extend beyond the car sides?

As far as if it is legal for the bike to extend beyond the sides of your vehicle, you will need to consult your local laws and regulations on the issue to know for certain.
If you plan on carrying any women's or alternative framed bikes without a horizontal top tube you might also be interested in purchasing a Thule Bike Adapter Bar # TH982XT to provide a horizontal top tube for the rack to attach to easier.
