For your 2019 Ram 3500 I highly recommend the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2062 because it sits up bit taller than the Curt alternative, which will most likely be needed on your new Ram since the bed rails sit so high. This 30,000 pound capacity ball will drop right into that center puck in your truck bed and the included safety-chain hookups will attach to the corresponding pucks at the rear.
