Will the Bestop HighRock 4x4 Rack Fit a 2016 Jeep Wrangler JKU Soft Top

Can this shelf be installed in my 2016 Jeep JKU that has a slant soft top?

In order to mount the Bestop Universal Rack Tray part # B41444 on a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Soft Top you will need the Bestop HighRock 4x4 Lower Cargo Rack Bracket part # B4143701. However, in order for the Bestop HighRock 4x4 Lower Cargo Rack Bracket to work you will need to remove the soft top or the windows at the very least as the two would interfere if not done so.
