The best trailer hitch for a 2020 Kia Sorento is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98843 because unlike the other options for this vehicle it has a dull finish which we have found to not stand out nearly as much as the other glossier options. I know this may not seem like much but it really helps retains a factory like appearance as the shiny finishes tend to draw your eyes in which makes you see the trailer hitch first when looking at the rear of the vehicle. The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver is a bolt-on easy to install option so there should be no worries here. I have attached an install photo for you as well below.

If you will be using the trailer hitch for towing then you will also need a trailer wiring harness, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56256 if you don't have the tow package or part # C56332 if you do have the tow package. If you are not sure if you have the tow package then just take a look at the attached video which will help you find the plug if present and that would indicate you have the factory tow package.
