When will the class 3 be available for a 2020 VW Tiguan S? Also what wiring harness do you recommend?

We have had this hitch added Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" part # C13381, which is a confirmed fit for your 2020 VW Tiguan and offers the 2" x 2" receiver tube opening you are looking for. I've included a link to the installation we did here on the 2019 to act as a guide when you do your installation.
For your 2020 Tiguan, I recommend using the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # 11881. To complete your towing package you can use the parts I've linked below as well.
