How Does Thin LED Horizontal Strobe Light # 3378892300 Get Programmed

Can this light also be mounted in the horizontal position , or will it harm the light?

You can set the strobe light part # 3378892300 to return to the same pattern every time you use it with the exception of pattern one which is random.
To enter the programming mode you will connect the red and yellow wires to a 12 volt power source like a battery. You'll then remove and reapply the yellow wire to 12 volt power to run through the programming options. Check out the attached picture that covers this as well.
