We have just what you're looking for! Check out the Draw-Tite # 65076, which has a 9000-lbs line pull rating and is perfect solution for putting a winch on the front of your 2020 Ford F-350 without adding a grille guard with a winch plate.
If you need a receiver mounted winch plate, the # BDW20011 is a great solution. This winch plate has a 2" shank that will fit in the receiver of the Draw-Tite # 65076 and allows for the mounting of any winch with the standard 10" by 4-1/2" on center mounting holes up to 12.5K capacity.
