Which one is right? Ive seen two different model numbers for the hitch for a 2019 Toyota Corolla hatchback

It looks like you entered "2019 Toyota Corolla" into our fit guide instead of "2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback" which is likely where the confusion lies. That said, they are both bolt-on no-drill options so there should be no worries here.
