I have a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71 LT 4x4 What no drill kit do I need and do I need spacer kit for Z71 pkg

Assuming that your 2019 Silverado is NOT the LD model (which is actually a carryover from the 2018 model), the Firestone # F2609 is indeed the correct Ride Rite kit for your truck. This is indeed a no-drill application. According to Firestone, the # F2366 spacer kit is indeed needed for Z-71 package equipped trucks to make up for the increased ride height.
An onboard compressor kit like # F2219 would be an excellent addition. The compressor kit would allow you to fine tune the pressure in the air bag system from the driver's seat while you're on the move, instead of trying to find a gas station with a working compressor.
