Adapting Falcon 2 Tow Bar To Jeep D-Ring Bumper Adapters RM-035
Question:
We recently purchased a 2011 Wrangler 4 door jeep with a front bumper and D ring connecters. I purchased a 035 kit to adapt the bumper to the tow bar. Unfortunately, the previous application used hudden hitches and a cross bar, and the Falcon 2 attached to the tow bar. The pin mounted horizontally to the cross bar. Do Ihave to replace the towbar arm end to a round configuration? If so, what part number would be requited? I have not yet found a video for this to help facilitate the adaptation. Thanks

Good news David, there is not an extra part number needed to adapt the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs part # RM-520 to the Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts to Roadmaster Motor Home Mount Tow Bars part # RM-035. You will just need to remove the black quick disconnects from the Falcon 2 arms.
There is a bolt on the ends of the Falcon 2 arms that needs to be removed in order to remove the quick disconnects. Then there is a bolt that runs through the D-ring adapter that needs to be removed temporarily. Then slide the ends of the tow bar arms without the quick disconnects into the adapters and replace the bolt through the two pieces. I have attached a photo for your reference.
