Will the Thule 5 bike hold 5 26mountain bikes?

Five mountain bikes is a tall order for any bike rack, but the Thule Apex 5 Bike Rack, # TH9026XT, is one of the few bikes that was designed for this type of situation. The arced arms create more space between the bikes than traditional straight arms. This bike rack has a weight capacity of 150 lbs and narrow arms to make it easier to mount bikes with smaller or alternative style frames.
If any of your bikes do not have a traditional horizontal top frame tube, you may want to look into a bike frame adapter bar, like part # TH982XT. This bar will allow you to load those bikes easily and safely.
