You'd need wiring that is capable of carrying higher amperage than standard trailer wiring to charge two batteries on a trailer that are going to be used as much as your setup. The best solution is to use winch wiring kits which use very heavy gauge wire like part # BDW20348 for 24 feet and # BDW20347 for 7-1/2 feet. You'd run the longer setup on your tow vehicle and then the shorter setup on your trailer. The vehicle side wiring would connect to the battery of the vehicle and the trailer side to the trailer battery bank which I am sure is wired in parallel. You'd connect the charge line in parallel as well.

The 1 gauge wiring will be able to deliver a strong enough charge to charge the batteries and keep them topped off.
