You can use the Threaded Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Lock for etrailer Cargo Carriers for 2" Hitches # e99047. This will replace the anti-rattle bolt on the cargo carrier and provide security while still keeping things still and quiet. I linked a review video for you to check out.
