When Switching to LEDs if I put in a LED Flasher do I Need Resistors

Question:

Do I still need to put a resistor on each bulb if I change out the flasher unit for one designed for LEDs? And do backup, running lights, and brake lights even need resistors in the circuit? Thanks for your expertise.

When switching to LED's from incandescent bulbs the turn signals are the only concern. You solve this by in-line resistors or by doing what you have done and adding a LED compatible flasher which mimics the same thing the resistors do. With that said you will be in fine shape using LED's at this point. There is no need to add resistors in your case.
