I do have a great solution for you, however there isn't a Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Rack model available that's designed to fit your 2019 Ram 1500 with the short 5'7" bed.

For a similar system that is confirmed to fit your truck, I instead recommend the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A4000965. Like the TracRac SR, the Pro Series rack features bed-length base rails that will let you slide the uprights back and forth to accommodate various size loads.
