If your 2017 Kia Sorento SX has the factory tow package then you can use the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package part # C56332 in order to power the trailer lights. The Kia Sorento did not come with a factory trailer connector to the best of my knowledge but could have come optioned with the factory tow package which I think is what you are referencing. The factory tow package means you have the wiring already pre-installed and just need the plug that attaches to these wires and then has the connector you need to plug into the trailer which is where the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness comes into play. I have attached an install video for you as well to clarify.
The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75908 that you were looking at is an excellent choice. The Draw-Tite hitch also has a welded-on trailer connector mounting bracket so all you need is the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat part # 18144 to secure the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness.
