The replacement handle for a Fulton trailer jack that has the closest dimensions to what you mentioned is the Replacement Sidewind Handle Kit for Pro Series or Fulton Marine Jacks # F0933305S00. This replacement handle has a distance of 2-1/8" from where it inserts to the pin hole.
