To choose the correct trailer axle for your application you will first need to measure the Hub-Face (A in picture) and Spring-Center (B in picture) measurements on your current axle. This will be the most important measurements when it comes to matching up a replacement axle.
From the photo you sent in, your AL-KO axle has a 400kg (880-lbs) capacity, so once you've determined what your hub face and spring center measurements are, you'll want to try to find an axle that matches the measurements and sticks as closely to your capacity as you can.
It also sounds like you've broken a leaf spring (arm). In order to measure for the correct leaf spring replacement we will need to know the type of spring (slipper spring, double eye, etc..) and the measurement of the spring. I've linked a photo of how double eye springs are measured as well as one of our help articles on leaf spring suspension systems that explains how to measure all of the different types of leaf springs, as well as how to choose a correct replacement. You'll want to measure your leaf springs without any weight on them when taking these measurements.
If you can provide me with the measurements of the axle and springs that I've mentioned above, I can help you choose the appropriate replacement parts.
If you wanted to skip all of these measurements and replacement parts, you can use the Timbren Axle-less Trailer Suspension # A20RS545 since it will replace both your axle and the suspension components. This system features a hub with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and has a 2000-lb capacity, which is higher than your current axle's capacity and would be a great choice since it eliminates a lot of the repairs that you're going to have to perform since these can be bolted or welded on to the trailer frame.
