Is there a B and W hitch that fits my 2020 Ford F-250's factory rail kit?

Yes, we do have B and W Companion hitches that fit your 2020 Ford F-250 with the factory rail kit with the part # BWRVK3300 for if you have a long bed truck since it's a fixed hitch. Or if you have a short bed truck you'd want the slider hitch version part # BWRVK3370. Slider hitches are needed to provide additional turning clearance between the cab of the truck and the nose of the trailer since that distance is shorter on short bed trucks.
