The hitch with the best ground clearance for your 2020 Subaru Forester is the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7391. It has a 2" receiver tube opening, that offers the most options of available accessories to mount.
When we installed the EcoHitch on a 2020 Subaru Forester, the top of the receiver tube was about 15" off the ground, so the lowest point will be around 13". The Ecohitch has the cross tube completely hidden behind the bumper, so not only does it help with ground clearance, but it keeps that factory look on your Forester.

If you're towing with your Forester you'll need wiring and a ball mount. I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118467. For a ball mount, you'll need to know the ball size of the coupler on the trailer, and the height to see if you need a rise or drop. I linked an article showing how to measure.
