We'd like to get more clearance on our hitch mounted cargo carrier. We have a 2x2 hitch

I recommend the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount with 2" Receiver for Bike Racks and Cargo Carriers # D210 but note your hitch's tongue weight will be reduced by 50% so that will limit the total weigth you can carry in your cargo carrier.
