Both the Curt # C11389 and the Draw-Tite # 24923 for the 2019 Lexus IS350 are similar in appearance have similar installation procedures and share the same capacities. I'd personally choose the Curt model, because in my opinion the powder coat is a little more durable and the hitch is manufactured in the USA.

If you'll be using the hitch for towing, you'll also need a wiring harness like # 119250KIT, a ball mount like # C45521 and a trailer ball like # A-80 for a 1-7/8 inch ball or # A-82 for a 2 inch ball.
