The Ecohitch # 306-X7350 you referenced in your question has a really nice hidden design, where the only thing visible will be the receiver tube at the back of your 2019 Subaru Impreza The receiver sits right below the bumper, so you will not have any trouble accessing the hitch pin hole for any of your accessories.

On previous model Imprezas the EcoHitch that was designed to fit actually placed the receiver behind a knockout panel, which provided a nice clean look but did cause some issues with accessing the hitch pin hole. It was almost too hidden. You will not have this same problem with the EcoHitch # 306-X7350 on your 2019 Subaru Impreza.

If you plan on using the hitch for taking your bikes with you, I recommend the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR. It can carry up to 4 bikes, and tilts to give you access to the back of your Impreza.
