Brake Controller Troubleshooting On Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Series
Question:
Hello we have a tekonsha voyager brake controller and it used to be o work now the green light will not come on when trailer connected we have a 12 pin plug connection

Per the instructions manual on the Tekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller # 39510, there likely is corrosion on your connector that is preventing the connection or it may be a loose power or ground connection. You will want to inspect both for clean connection points without rust, paint, and no other ring terminals are stacked below the ground for the wiring harness.
If this doesn't address your issue, I am happy to recommend some other troubleshooting steps.
