If you have the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3770 for your Chevy Silverado 3500 you won't have an issue towing the 5th wheel hitch you are planning to purchase. This hitch features a 20,000 pound towing weight capacity, which exceeds the 19,600 pound GVWR that you mentioned on the trailer.

Even if loaded to its max 19,600 pound capacity the Companion can handle its weight, but also keep in mind that it's pretty unlikely you'll actually approach this weight in reality when loading it up with your cargo and supplies. The Companion is an excellent hitch and it's strength/durability is definitely one of the features its known for.
