Trailer hubs are definitely designed to fit specific spindles, so not every hub will work with every spindle. Most of the fit has to do with the size of the inner bearing, outer bearing, and grease seal on the hub, as these components are what will fit around the various outer diameters of the spindle.

The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # A20RS545 features spindles that are designed to accept hubs that use the # L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) inner and outer bearing and a grease seal that has a 1.500" inner diameter like # RG06-020.

I do have a great solution for you, however there isn't a trailer hub assembly with a 5 on 5" bolt pattern available that's designed to fit this size spindle.

What you can do though is use the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less System # ASR2KHDS03 instead, which features the same 2,000 pound weight capacity but uses heavy-duty spindles that are designed to accept larger hubs. You would then be able to add the etrailer.com Idler Hub # AKIHUB-550-35-EZ-K or the Hub and Drum Assembly (if you will be adding brakes) # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K.

This particular Timbren system also features a 4" lift on the spindles which makes it perfect for off-road applications. I have attached a couple short video demonstrations that you can check out as well.
