Replacement Vent Cover For Continuous Hinge Vent

Is this a continuous hinge? Do I order a ventline, elixir, or Jensen replacement part?

Yes it looks like you have a continuous hinge on the vent. It also looks like the previous cover's cross bar is left behind on your vent. I recommend to take a look at the installation video I have attached to help you replace the cover with part # BV0554-01 based off of your photos.
