There is an easy way to determine if the Lippert Components High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707 will fit your 2019 Heartland Milestone fifth wheel trailer, which is a simple measurement because these jacks are designed specifically to fit any trailer or trailer frame.

All you need to do is simply measure the mounting holes for a stabilizer jack on your trailer, and if they are 68-11/16" from center-hole to center-hole then the Lippert jack will fit.

If it does not, then something else to consider is the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer with Dual Motors - 30" Lift - 6,000 lbs # UF39-941705 which will work on trailers so long as they have a 48" to 80" wide frame, so you'll want to verify this with a measurement.
