Will Reese Fifth Wheel Installation Kit Fit 2008 Toyota Tundra With Plastic Bed Liner
Question:
2008 tundra extended cab and 8 ft bed has a plastic bed liner in the bed will these rails fit my truck and do I have to cut the plastic liner and bolt the rails down on the metal bed?

The base rails for a fifth wheel hitch cannot be installed over plastic bed liners. Plastic bed liners must be cut out of the way to provide metal to metal contact. The base rails may be installed on a spray-in bed liner. I am including a link to an excellent video of trimming a bed liner for fifth wheel rails.
The correct base rails and mounting brackets for your 2008 Toyota Tundra Extended Cab with the 8 foot bed will be the Reese Fifth Wheel Installation Kit, part # RP30035-309. This is a semi-custom installation kit. I am including a link to the installation instructions on the # RP30035-309 kit.
The Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit, part # RP50064, that you have referenced, will not fit your Tundra. That kit is for the Chevrolet and GMC trucks.
