It looks like the 2002 Toyota Tundra should have an 8-pin square connector on the rear of the vehicle for the trailer wiring, and from the photo you're showing that is definitely not an 8-pin square connector; it's a 6 pin square. One of two things could have happened here.

I would first make sure that you've pulled the correct plug, since there are two very similar plugs placed right next to eachother on the 2002 Toyota Tundra. I've taken a screenshot of our installation video as a reference where it shows the two plugs- one will be a bit bigger than the other, and that's the one you want.

If you've pulled the correct plug, and there is no 8 pin square connector at the rear of your Tundra it's possible that there is a different tow package plug back there and you won't be able to use the Tekonsha # 118378. If you're not the original owner of this vehicle, it could be that the previous owner damaged the tow package wiring and replaced the harness with one that doesn't match up (it actually looks like that could be the plug off of a 2001-02 Toyota Sequoia).

If this is the case, you'll want to cut that plug off and hardwire in a universal 4 way like the Hopkins Endurance # HM48240. You'll want to test each of the exposed wires from the cut off end for their functions and then match them up according to the wiring diagram included in the instructions. I've linked an installation video on the Hopkins to help you along with this process as well as the video for the Tekonsha # 118378 for you to have a look at as well.
