Question:

I have an option for you but the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit part # K2HR35D is designed for 3,500 lb axles so it is not a fit for a 6,000 lb axle. They are 10" brakes and a 6,000 lb trailer axle would require a 12" assembly like part # K2HR526DKG which have a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern. The disc brake set includes dacromet plated hub and rotor assemblies with stainless steel bolts so they are great for boat applications. The bearing kit that fits this hub is part # DBRKHW6SS.
You would need to check your bearings to know if this particular kit fits. I recommend to pull your bearings and check the bearing numbers stamped on the side or measure your spindle with the diagram I have attached to see which bearings you need to fit the spindle. If you let me know that information I can make a better recommendation.
The bearings that fit this particular hub are listed below:
Inner bearing: 25580
Outer bearing: 15123
Races (included)
Inner race: 25520
Outer race: 15245
Grease seal (sold separately): 10-36
Inner diameter: 2.25"
Outer diameter: 3.376"
