Correct Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System for a Forest River Flagstaff Shamrock 23FL
Question:
Hello I’m curious if this is appropriate for my TT and TV? I have a 2015 Chevy Tahoe with the max tow package. My trailer is a 2019 flagstaff shamrock 23 FL. I appreciate your input I’m not sure if I should get this E2 unit or the the 1000 lb tongue/10k lb tow rating? My TT dry weight is 5700 lbs. Thank you

The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System that I recommend for a 2019 Forest River Flagstaff Shamrock 23FL is part # FA94-00-1000 for round spring bars or part # FA92-00-1000 for trunnion spring bars. The Flagstaff Shamrock 23FL has a dry tongue weight of 750 lbs and once loaded will be within the 600 lbs - 1,000 lbs range of the above systems.
Please note, I recommend the trunnion spring bars for an SUV because the round spring bars limit ground clearance too much and are mainly designed for trucks which have more ground clearance. In order to complete your setup you will also need the 2" Hitch Ball part # EQ91-00-6080 or 2-5/16" Hitch Ball part # EQ91-00-6100.
