Trailer Hitch Receiver Recommendation and Trailer Wiring Harness for 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Question:

I'd like to put on a trailer hitch receiver on 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It does NOT have the diesel engine, which I know seems to be an issue with the fits of the hitch. What trailer hitch would you say is the recommended one if I want a hitch that doesn't stick out much that you can't see a lot of? Also, I don't have the trailer factory tow package but want to put on some wiring so what harness is the right one? Thanks
