Lippert Auto Leveling Troubleshooting When Side Pop Outs Extend But Not Front Jacks
Question:
We have a 2018 Roadwarrior 413. The strangest thing happened today. When extending the front jacks the 2 side pop outs started to extend and not the front jacks. maybe its the cold weather but its only 37 degrees out today. Any ideas what might be causing this?

I reached out to Lippert on your behalf regarding your issue. They suspect a valve is being bypassed in the Ground Control system # LC304136 and it is not weather related. They recommended you test the set screw on all the valves for the jacks and slide out cylinders applicable to your 2018 Roadwarrior 413.
Their process is to pull the extend line off the jack, hit retract, make sure no fluid is coming out of the port. If you get a drop or two, it's bypassing and that is your issue. Use a 5/32" allen wrench and verify the valve is closed by turning it counter clockwise.
