Does The Snap Ring Mounting Bracket Have To Be Changed When Replacing Bulldog Trailer Jack

Question:

If I already have a bulldog weld on trailer jack, can I just replace the jack by removing the snap ring, without having to weld on the back piece. I believe the snap ring is 2½. Can you please tell me what product I can use.

The old Bulldog Snap Ring Swivel Trailer Jack uses the same snap-ring bracket as the new Bulldog Snap Ring Swivel Trailer Jack like part # BD151159 so you can replace the jack without replacing the welded-on mounting bracket. They both use the same 2-1/2" snap ring bracket. I have also attached a list for you below with all of the other Bulldog Snap Ring Swivel Trailer Jacks that will work as well.
