Can Putco High Power Luminix Light Bar P2281L Be Attached to License Plate Mount

Question:

I was wondering if this could be mounted to the rear license plate mount with the lights on top? Was considering a backup light for the truck when we are towing the camper. We could possibly use this for connect/disconnect during dark hours with the RV. Is there a better option for RV truck/trailer backup lights?
