Yes it will! I checked with the manufacturer, Roadmaster, who confirmed that the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-524458-4 will fit your 2017 Ford Fusion Energi with adaptive cruise control (ACC). This base plate kit is one of the pieces you will need in order to flat tow your '17 Fusion, and there are a number of others, including a compatible tow bar. I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522 because it has long arms which make it easier to maneuver when towing.

You will also need Roadmaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643, Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 to power your Fusion's lights as you are towing it, Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400, and the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251 OR if your motor home has air brakes, the SMI Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motor Homes with Air Brakes # SM99243.

The Flexo-Coil wiring kit is designed to prevent any type of electrical feedback to keep your Fusion's electrical system safe, and the SMI braking systems are strongly recommended because they are a one-time install which will never require any type of removal or reactivation, and give you braking proportional to that of your motorhome. This results in much smoother braking than most systems.

You may also need a high-low adapter in order to keep your Fusion level, and I've added a link to a help article which shows you how to determine if you need an adapter, as well as a link to our selection of adapters. Additionally, I have added links to instruction manuals, video reviews and installations for you to take a look at.
