I am looking for a swing away tire carrier for a 04 Tahoe either a reciver unit or a total bumper unit

The best option we have for a swing away spare wheel/tire carrier for a hitch would be the Roadmaster spare tire carrier part # RM-195225 which is designed to fit a 2 inch hitch and can swing down when needed to give you access to the rear cargo area of your 2004 Chevy Tahoe.
