Hitch And Wiring Kit For 2020 Chevrolet Equinox Diesel
Question:
I have the diesel model 2020 Chevy Equinox. What hitches and trailer wiring would be best to get me setup to tow a pop up camper?

The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2020 Chevy Equinox is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76217. This hitch will provide the capacity you need for towing your pop up and other hitch accessory needs while also looking great when not in use. A hitch lock would be a great addition and the # e98880 is what I recommend.
For trailer wiring I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118750 that plugs directly into your existing wiring. Beyond your wiring and hitch you also will need a ball mount and hitch ball so I like the simplicity of an adjustable mount with multiple size hitch balls like the Curt Channel Style Adjustable Ball Mount # C45900. This ball mount is easy to use and provides you great flexibility to tow a variety of trailer height and coupler sizes.
Finally the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS3891 can be a great help providing an extended rear view when pulling that pop up camper.
