For the 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan I recommend the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars part # TH711400 and the Evo Raised Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars part # TH710401 for the feet. Since the bars attach to the top of the feet instead of in the feet you will have cross bar overhang that is more compatible with water sport carriers compared to the flush roof racks. The Thule bars are silver and aerodynamic to cut down on wind noise. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
