Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver for a 2019 Lexus GX 460

I am looking for a trailer hitch receiver that fits my 2019 Lexus GX 460 the best and would really like something that is easy to install as I'll be doing this one myself. Thanks!

As you can see by the accompanying cut out of a customer review, they were able to install the hitch in mere minutes.
