Weight Distribution System that Can be Used with Super Truss and Camper in Truck Bed

Question:

I just read someones question about WD hitch capacity for a Super Truss. I am using a 48inch super truss on a truck with a 3500# truck camper pulling a 12000 GVW horse trailer, although it will not probably be loaded that heavy. What capacity WD hitch would you recommend?

When picking out a weight distribution system you have to factor in also the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle as tongue weight. So considering the approximate weight from the camper added into the tongue weight of your trailer you'd be in need of our highest rated system from Torklift part # TLWD1000 which has a tongue weight range of 1,600 to 3,000 lbs.

You'll also need a new shank as well with part # TLM9010.
