The more expensive lug nuts like the part # KALN1375S and # LHLR103 are made of stainless steel and the lower priced ones like # AM90049 are chrome plated. Stainless steel does not rust or corrode so it's the best choice. Chrome plated lugs will eventually rust which normally manifests as the sockets stop fitting the lugs properly as the corrosion causes the lugs to "swell" and make them hard to deal with and eventually cause failure. If at all possible the stainless options are the way to go.

If you plan to keep the trailer for a long time I'd go with the stainless option as it's going to save you money in the long term and prevent the headache of dealing with swollen lug nuts. If you think you'll sell the trailer soon then maybe the chrome plated lugs would be your better option.
