I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III part # C13272 for the 2019 Lexus RX 350 F-Sport because it is a concealed cross tube design for a nice clean looking install on the Lexus. The only portion of the trailer hitch that is visible once installed is the square receiver tube. It will also provide about 15 inches of ground clearance once installed so your bike rack will not bottom out on steep driveways. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
