From what I was able to determine, the Badland ZXR 9000-lb winch uses standard 10" x 4.5" bolt pattern, which will work well with the available mounting pattern on the Bulldog Winch Hitch Mounted Winch Mounting Plate with Handles # BDW20011.

You will want to use the Bulldog Winch Hardware for Universal Mounting Plate for Truck Winches # BDW20297 to mount your Badlands ZXR 9000-lb winch to the Bulldog Winch Plate.
