Trailer Hitch and Wiring Harness for 2020 BMW X5

It's custom built for your X5 so it won't require any drilling during installation, although you will need to temporarily lower the exhaust and trim some fascia.

If you plan on towing a trailer with the hitch you will also need to add a wiring harness. For this I really like the Tekonsha ZCI Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT, which uses zero-contact interface sensors that identify current by simply clamping onto the wires. This means you won't have to cut into the factory wires on your brand new BMW.

This will provide you with a 4-Way connector to connect with and power a trailer's basic signal lights. I have again attached the installation instructions that you can review.
