I looked up the battery specs of your Go-Go Elite Traveler Medical Scooter and you'd need the higher wattage Goal Zero part # 287-23000 based on the battery size. The battery size you have now is a 21 amp hour battery which would be too big to be charged from the # 287-22004 but the part # 287-22000 would work great as it is a 33 amp/hour charger.
